Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 07:00am to 16:00pm

Salary: £30,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities
  • To maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, defects, and repairs carried out to the fleet and maintain all relevant legal documentation.
  • Ensure the onsite VMU (Vehicle Maintenance Unit) is communicated with regularly to keep fleet repair times to a minimum and assist the Transport Department in maximising fleet availability.
  • Complete administrative tasks and reports as requested.
  • Inputting of fleet related documents onto spreadsheets and web-based programmes
  • Filing of all fleet related legal & compliance documentation
  • Auditing of fleet – Internal documentation and external physically
  • Administrative tasks regarding Insurance / Accidents / Complaints
  • Completing daily reports and communicating
  • Complete small projects identify / communicate results.
  • Downloading of fleet data from site vehicles
  • Account for all Vehicle related defects including rectification.
  • Recording all warranty repair work effected by manufacturers to ensure that the full-service history is maintained for all hire fleet.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills verbally and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, i.e. Excel & Word.
  • Ideally have a good mechanical background (desirable not essential).
