Customer Service Advisor

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: £12.21 per hour plus a monthly bonus incentive

Charles & Ivy are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be handling inbound calls and assisting customers with queries relating to their orders, ensuring every customer receives a positive and professional experience.

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with order queries, deliveries, returns, and product information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating where necessary.
• Accurately update customer records and order information.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• £12.71 per hour.
