Cad Technician (M&E or HVAC)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Company Bonus + Company Benefits.

Location:

Middleton, Manchester.

In this role you will be creating 2D drawings for the building services industry, including ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers and ventilation systems. You will work with the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical team, who provide the design direction.

• Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD
• Producing 2D drawings for ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers and ventilation systems
• Working under the direction of the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical Directors
• Collaborating with the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical team to incorporate design direction
• Using a 2D mechanical layout as a basis for drawings

• Experience producing 2D drawings for M&E or HVAC systems
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD software
• Background in HVAC, M&E or Building Services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
