Shift Pattern

Summer
- Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (4 days per week)

Winter
- Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (5 days per week)

Warehouse Operatives: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am

Pay Rates

Production/Warehouse Operatives Days: £12.71

Production/Warehouse Operatives Nights: £13.71

Overtime may be available during busy periods and is paid 150% of basic rate.

Role Description

Various roles are available, including packing, production, loading, unloading duties and other warehouse operative tasks.

Main Responsibilities May Include

Packing cushions and quilts
Feeding fibres and filings materials into textile covers on production lines.
Compressing finished products and packing/wrapping them according to customer orders
Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.
Working across different production lines
Performing repetitive tasks throughout the day, with some roles requiring physical fitness and stamina due to the nature of the products.
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Additional opportunities may be available for candidates with experience or qualifications:
Sewing, machine operation, licenced driving (VNA, FLT, reach truck).

Requirements
