As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting daily production operations across the site. Roles are available in multiple departments including Blending, Machine Operation, and Logistics

• Operate a range of production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process
• Assist with line setup, materials handling, and general production duties
• Use computer systems to accurately log production data and follow job instructions
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Demonstrate flexibility by rotating between tasks and departments as required by the business

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or machine operative role is essential
• IT literacy - comfortable using digital systems for data entry and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward work
• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and capable of working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Willingness to work flexibly
