Hours:

Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week (Weekend Availability Required) Lead a Growing Menswear Brand Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for menswear, exceptional customer service, and driving commercial success? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing UK menswear and formal wear retailer renowned for combining timeless tailoring with contemporary style. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead their Leicester showroom and play a key role in the next stage of the company's success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the showroom. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating, and developing a successful retail team Driving sales performance and achieving store targets Delivering a premium and personalised customer experience Providing styling advice and product recommendations to customers Managing staffing levels, rotas, and team performance Maintaining exceptional standards of store presentation and visual merchandising Managing stock control, inventory, and stockroom organisation Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally Overseeing promotions, point-of-sale processes, and operational procedures Ensuring company standards and policies are consistently maintained What We're Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded retail professional who can inspire a team while delivering excellent customer service and strong sales results.

Essential Requirements Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory position Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible and reliable with weekend availability

Desirable Experience Menswear, tailoring, fashion retail, or formal wear experience

Experience with in premium or luxury retail environments Appointment-based retail or personal styling experience Strong visual merchandising skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities What's On Offer?
