Our client, a well-established transport and logistics business is seeking a Transport Administrator to support its depot-based operations.

This role is ideal for an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in transport or logistics, looking for a stable role with flexibility around working hours.

• Supporting daily transport and fleet administration
• Liaising with drivers, supervisors, and external suppliers
• Maintaining transport, compliance, and training records
• Assisting with driver hours and tachograph administration
• Supporting vehicle servicing, inspections, and defect processes
• Using transport and fleet management systems
• Contributing to health & safety and operational standards

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet administration
• Good understanding of transport operations and compliance
• Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and related systems)
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator and effective team player
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• £26,000 annual salary
• Negotiable working hours (9-5 or 10-6 preferred)
