Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for assisting the Customer Success Manager to maintain customer and partner relationships, coordinate contracts and renewals for software, hardware and services, and coordinate quoting, ordering, and RMA processes. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with partner-related requirements and account management.
  • Assist with customer management, relationships, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain various software and facility contracts, co-termination, and renewals.
  • Coordinate quoting, ordering and RMA processes utilizing Quosal and Connectwise.
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and contractors with various projects.
  • Assist with monthly billing to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to understand strategic goals and transition operational responsibilities effectively.
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager to ensure purchase orders are executed in a timely fashion.
  • Perform sales and customer services functions for technical & security related projects.
  • Escalate complex issues and strategic concerns to the Customer Success Manager while maintaining ownership of routine interactions and follow-ups.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal network and participating in professional organizations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements :
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Technical Sales Certifications (Preferred).
