Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education in Middleton, MA — Full-Time. No Nights or Weekends!

• Curriculum & Instruction
• Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and hands-on activities
• Foster curiosity and creativity in the classroom
• Observe, assess, and adapt to each child’s developmental needs

• Classroom Management
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Manage transitions and daily routines smoothly
• Guide behavior with positive reinforcement and empathy

• Family Engagement
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Conduct conferences and keep parents informed on progress
• Encourage family participation in school activities

• Health & Safety
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure active supervision during indoor and outdoor play

• Professional Development
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices
• Stay up-to-date on the latest in early childhood education

• High School Diploma required
  ; Associate’s or Bachelor's in ECE preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
