Bostik Middleton is hiring a Production Operator for a rotating night shift (7:30 PM – 7:30 AM). Salary ranges from $38,600 to $49,920, plus a 16 % shift differential and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Health benefits begin on day one.

Shift

Hours:

7:30 PM to 7:30 AM (overtime may be required).

• Operate manufacturing equipment within the department, including forklifts and material handling systems.
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Perform preventive and in‑process maintenance, including filling out maintenance work orders for foreseen mechanical problems.
• Conduct in‑process laboratory testing and accurate batch sheet administration, retaining sample collection.
• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik EHS expectations.
• Follow proper procedures for handling, storage, and transfer of hazardous material.
• Conduct cycle counts as required and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with fellow operators to ensure a quality product is produced.
• Assist as needed in other areas of manufacturing and support cross‑functional activities.
• Report incidents and communicate with the appropriate teams.
• Complete assigned tasks and meet plant production and business objectives.

• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
• Committed to operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, autonomous & preventive maintenance, problem solving on the shop floor, and 5S.
• Good interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Adaptable to change and capable of leading change.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
