Job Duration: 11/17/2025 – 10/24/2026 (Temp-Hire)

We have 2 shifts available:

• First Shift: 7:15am-3:30pm
• Second Shift: 3:15pm-11:30pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Middleton, MA. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards, and producing high‑quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, following written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and company EHS guidelines.
• Perform in-process laboratory testing to meet product quality standards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and update documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality production and continuous improvement.
• Handle, store, and transfer hazardous materials following proper procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Accurately maintain batch sheets and collect retain samples.
• Report incidents and communicate issues effectively.
• Support other areas of manufacturing as needed.
• Fast‑paced and dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Cross‑functional activities within the plant and department.
• Frequent use of computer systems and interpersonal communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of in‑plant lab testing, autonomous & preventive maintenance, problem‑solving, and 5S principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Adaptable to change and capable of leading initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
