• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical, industrial, or equipment-focused industries.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into customer solutions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
