Target Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting.
• Manage fixed asset records, depreciation activities, and asset disposal processes within Net Suite.
• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns for Wisconsin and Illinois.
• Support payroll review activities in partnership with HR and payroll teams.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the AP workflow system (File Bound).
• Act as the primary contact for financial statement and 401(k) audits, coordinating documentation and auditor requests.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5+ years of strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Net Suite experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Public accounting experience is welcomed and highly transferable to this role.
