Parts Advisor

• Assist all guests (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Inform guests of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the guest is exposed to the full product line
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
• Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Schedule: Monday-Friday 700a-400p with a one hour lunch
Annual earnings: ranging $38, based on an annual base salary of $30,000 + a monthly parts department bonus.

• Previous experience in the parts industry is required
• Dealership parts experience is preferred, but not required
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
