Prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant settings (1-3 years) is required.
- Provide backup and support to the Station Manager, including customer service, handling complaints, and setting an example for staff.
- Assist with managing cash, inventory, fuel, and pricing updates.
- Ensure the station and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and appealing.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training, developing, and managing station employees.
- Maintain effective communication with management.
- Participate in security measures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 pounds), reaching, bending, and climbing as needed.
- 1-3 years of management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant sectors.
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work on-call and during irregular hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 (IL) / 18 (WI) or older where law requires for alcohol and tobacco sales.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses for alcohol sales where applicable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
