DeVivo Collision Centers currently has an opening for a full-time Parts Advisor at our Middletown, CT location. The Parts Advisor will provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the correct parts and services for their vehicles. The role involves working closely with the body shop and fleet team, managing parts inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service for fleet maintenance and repairs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for vehicles.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for parts and services.
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
  • Coordinate with the body shop team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintain knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process orders and transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience as a parts advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with automotive parts catalogs and inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
