* What You Will Do:
** Pratt & Whitney’s Compression Systems Module Center, CSMC, is seeking an experienced NC programmer to join our programming team.
Responsibilities:
The NC programming position requires ability to support programming projects utilizing various machine tools, controls and programming software. Candidate must have demonstrated experience with planning, creating, developing and implementing the programs and associated processes. Candidate will own programs through implementation into production and provided necessary shop support through the development and production cycle.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Selection of new capital equipment and bringing the new equipment into production
* participating in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, and
* process improvement projects on existing hardware to improve product cost and quality and reduce lead time.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
* Demonstrated experience with graphic programming, part modeling and program simulation software, including NX and Vericut and be able to utilize process monitoring software.
* Candidate must have ability to learn and adapt to new programming software, code and analytical tools.
* US Citizenship required
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Experience with Rotating Hardware, Airfoils and continuous improvement projects preferred.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

*** The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
