The OpportunityThe selected candidate will drive the execution of complex construction and engineering projects while managing client relationships and team development. This role offers significant growth potential within a stable, well‑respected organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee construction management across diverse building types
- Direct project execution from conception through completion
- Lead bid document preparation and contractor evaluation
- Manage complex technical inspections and assessments
- Drive quality assurance and project success
- Direct construction oversight and quality control
- Lead building system surveys and documentation
- Oversee technical analysis and reporting
- Guide preparation of technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications
- Develop and maintain key client relationships

- Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
