Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Engine Test and Validation EngineerLocation:
Middletown, CT / Day 1 onsite
Duration: 11 Months
Shift Timings – 2nd shift (2pm/3pm to 10pm/11pm Mon – Fri)
In this role, you will be working alongside OEM customer teams performing engineering validation tasks supporting aircraft engine development, testing and certification.
Responsibilities- Coordinate engine test and/or assembly/tear-down actions between the technicians and IPT/Engineering groups.
- Communicate technical issues to IPT/Engineering groups and work with cross‑functional teams to support finding solutions.
- Collect and report flight test data and/or engine assembly/disassembly status to IPT/Engineering groups.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience.
- 2+ years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly and disassembly.
- Familiar with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings and materials lists.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Active security clearance preferred but not required.
