Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to site leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Partner with leaders to build a high‑performing, accountable, and inclusive culture aligned with Aero Flow values.
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, and grievance resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance, conduct, and employee issues.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for exempt and non‑exempt roles, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent.
  • Partner with leaders on onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support engagement and retention.
  • Support performance management and leadership development processes.
  • Process weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ensuring accuracy and timely submission of local pay data.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP WFN to ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs locally in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage time and attendance tracking and ensure accurate integration with payroll and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR on benefits administration, compensation planning, and annual HR cycles.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated progression in an HR generalist or HR leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change in a fast‑paced, operational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision‑making.
