ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver product by car to customers, including door delivery and delivering to customer locations.
• Operate and stock equipment, receive and process telephone orders, and complete associated paperwork.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; assist with daily cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Prepare products and ensure accuracy in orders and payments; handle customer interactions in person and over the phone.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company standards during all store operations.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery and navigational skills to locate addresses within the designated area.
• Ability to read maps and navigate to addresses, including multi-story buildings; ability to adapt to varying weather and driving conditions.
• Ability to perform essential functions/skills including basic arithmetic, accurate monetary transactions, keyboard entry, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, and occasional bending or reaching as part of daily duties.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions; in-store temperatures may range from cool to hot.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other typical kitchen environment factors.
• Team members may be required to climb stairs or ladders for pricing, maintenance, or cleanup tasks.
