Reshaping future of flight—designing, building and servicing engines not seen before. This role is for a leader who can build high‑performing teams and drive production excellence.

• Lead the stand‑up and start of production for the PW1900 Assembly line at Middletown Engine Center.
• Establish and communicate performance standards; give continuous feedback and engage the workforce to meet production goals.
• Coach employees, maintain training and quality records, and ensure compliance with bargaining unit requirements.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety, and uptime while meeting all safety requirements.
• Harden a World‑Class safety culture and respond promptly to Environmental Health & Safety requirements.
• Lead CORE continuous‑improvement initiatives to improve production and reduce scrap, rework, and repair.
• Ensure compliance with all quality policies, control quality, and meet customer MRP requirements while delivering customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or quality; or a master’s degree with at least 3 years in a related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean.

• Experience in a team‑lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes and ability to influence business objectives.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement principles (CORE, QCPC, etc.).
• Experience with Environmental Health & Safety principles.
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary Range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD (estimate based on experience).
