Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an Ameri Corps Member – Family Wellness Assistant to support the Family Wellness Centers in Middletown and New Britain, based in Middletown. The role focuses on birth-to-five programming, outreach, and care coordination to help families access routine care.
The position includes a 11-month service term, 36–40 hours weekly, a $25,000 stipend, and an education award upon completion. Training is provided; this is a service program, not staff or volunteer.
