Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center is expanding, and we are looking for a second veterinary oncologist to join our team of dedicated professionals in Middletown, Connecticut.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes everything needed to practice the highest level of medicine. You will work in a collaborative environment with oncology technicians, assistants, and a client liaison. Support is available from boarded specialists in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Avian/Exotics, and Critical Care, along with a seasoned team of primary and emergency veterinarians. Additionally, an Antech reference laboratory with an on-site clinical pathologist is located in the building.

At Pieper, we prioritize a doctor-led, medicine-first approach and offer equity options to our veterinarians. We support an integrated veterinary system that fosters collaboration among veterinarians and medical teams from diverse practices to serve our community. Pieper Veterinary is committed to education, partnering with Middlesex Community College to provide clinical training for their AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program.

Owned and operated by veterinarians since 1937, our family of hospitals in Connecticut includes five primary care and one urgent care hospital. We offer a supportive culture with social events and team building activities. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, mental health services, equity options, sign-on bonuses, fully paid short-term disability, a safe harbor 401K with match, and a pet care discount.
