United Security, Inc. (USI) - [Safety Officer / Security Guard] As a Hospital Security Officer at United Security, Inc. (USI), you'll:
Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure campus is secure and safe;
Identify leaks and spills, inspect doors and locks on site to prevent potential hazards;
Assist in managing crisis situations, such as aggressive behavior from patients or visitors;
Use conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations and perform patient restraints when required;
Maintain order and enforce hospital rules and regulations;
Perform daily activity reports and incident reports.
