Christiana Care is currently hiring a full time outpatient Physical Therapist at the Middletown Rehabilitation Site. Two evenings per week are required.

Primary Function:

To provide Physical Therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease process. In this position you will primarily be treating orthopedic patients in a blended neurologic and orthopedic clinic.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients in a timely manner
• Establish appropriate treatment programs that include goals to be attained
• Complete all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Review active patient records
• Provide patient and family education and training
• Maintain written and verbal communication with referral sources concerning patient care

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BS, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an A.P.T.A. approved school of Physical Therapy
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware

Hourly Pay Range: $35.39 - $56.63

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. xrlwcon The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
