Studio Assistant – Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio invites you to join our team as a Studio Assistant, helping guests relax, recharge, and experience the benefits of infrared and red‑light therapy in a welcoming, wellness‑focused environment.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support daily operations, maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and contribute to our high‑quality service standard. You will work in a warm, community‑driven studio led by owners who value both guests and team members.

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–9:00 PM (Opening shift starts at 6:30 AM; closing shift ends by 9:30 PM)
• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Opening shift starts at 8:30 AM; closing shift ends by 7:30 PM)

• A genuine passion for health and wellness
• Dependable, punctual, and engaged throughout each shift
• Evening and weekend availability
• Positive team‑player attitude
• Personal phone use limited to emergencies only (fosters a calm, connected studio environment)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, though not required

• Promptly turn over sauna rooms after guests leave, ensuring each room is clean, refreshed, and ready for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain the cold eucalyptus towel system
• Prepare towel bundles and restock them where guests can easily access them
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically, creating a warm, inviting first impression
• Support Sales Associates with various tasks to help deliver a first‑class guest experience
• Help maintain overall studio cleanliness and organization
