About Senior Care Therapy
Senior Care Therapy is seeking full‑time or part‑time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide in‑person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population across more than 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities in NJ, NY, PA, and MD.

- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in sub‑acute or skilled nursing facilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline)
- Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician‑designed electronic medical record
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of application
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to provide in‑person services at assigned facilities up to 45 minutes per session
- Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms within facilities throughout the day
- Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities
- Previous clinical experience in sub‑acute, long‑term care, or geriatric settings
- History of treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders (psych or addictions experience a plus)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Base salary $56,000–$85,000 per year, with uncapped fee‑for‑service bonus potential. Full‑time benefits and 401(k) match as described above.
