Sign Language Skilled Direct Support Professional

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Sign Language Skilled Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Monmouth County, NJ.

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.

• Support a hearing-impaired adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Provide community support

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Knowledge of Sign Language required

• Vehicle required

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule:

Any 1 day per week that you choose

Pay: $17-$21/hour
