Summary:

Seeking a hands-on Sr. Databricks Architect to drive the architecture and implementation of a Master Person Index (MPI) solution in Microsoft Fabric. This role requires expertise in Azure infrastructure, Fabric integration, identity resolution design patterns, and managing technical delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of the MPI in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines, and Integration Runtimes.

• Architect and manage secure, scalable data pipelines and APIs for identity resolution and cross-domain person matching.

• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and solution architects to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards.

• Define and manage CI/CD practices and IaC templates (e.g., Bicep, ARM, Terraform).

• Enforce governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with 3+ years in Azure.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure Dev Ops.

• Experience with implementing Master Data Management (MDM), MPI, or identity resolution frameworks.

• Knowledge of security protocols, data lineage, and auditability.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
