• Agile Leadership:
  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos) within a SAFe environment.
• Service Now Orchestration:
  Act as the primary lead for tracking tasks, managing tickets, and reporting progress within Service Now.
• Blocker Removal:
  Proactively identify and resolve impediments by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Coaching:
  
  Guide the team on SAFe principles to improve velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Maintain transparent reporting on sprint health and project status for both AmDocs and AT&T leadership.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Domain Expertise: A proven track record in the Telecom sector is mandatory. Direct experience working with/for AT&T is highly preferred.
• Technical Tools:
  Advanced proficiency in Service Now for Agile management and reporting.
• Frameworks:
  Mastery of SAFe Agile; must be comfortable working within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Certifications:
  
  SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is strongly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
