Part‑time Assistant Team Lead. 12–20 hours weekly, including weekends. Lead sales and customer service in a luxury sun spa environment.

• Deliver best guest experience and exceed sales targets.
• Coach Spa Consultants using 5‑step sales method.
• Manage staff schedules and provide coverage.
• Support payroll processing.
• Enforce company processes and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal and industry standards.
• Assist with financial scheduling and purchasing.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Manage inventory restocking and supply orders.
• Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts.

• At least two years of proven sales/retail experience.
• Availability for 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and hands‑on, willing to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and staff motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
