Garden State Roofing Inc is looking for a driven and motivated Roofing & Siding Sales Person to join our growing team in Middletown, NJ. • Generate and follow up on leads for roofing and siding projects through office leads, canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs and provide accurate project estimates
• Present and sell roofing and siding products, materials, and service packages to homeowners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Stay current on roofing and siding products, industry trends, and competitor offerings

• Prior experience in roofing, siding, or exterior home improvement sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing roof/property inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Familiarity with estimating software or CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver excellent customer service
