Uncle Mike's Home Service LLC is looking to hire two Service Technician - HVAC to join our growing Field Operations team. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the face of our company – responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring homeowners feel confident and informed about their HVAC systems. We're looking for professionals who not only understand HVAC mechanics but also value communication, trust, and service excellence.

• Perform HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues found and recommendations
• Conduct detailed system evaluations and take performance readings
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and routine service visits
• Create a positive customer experience through professionalism and transparency
• Document service findings and recommendations using company systems
• Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicle are maintained and organized
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
• Work independently and manage daily schedule effectively

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Able to maintain professionalism in homes and during customer interactions
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed

Full-Time - Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed

On-site - Residential service work across the local area
