Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Uncle Mike's Home Service LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. This full‑time, on‑site role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a leadership role, and is passionate about delivering top‑tier service to homeowners. As a lead installer, you will oversee and execute HVAC system installations with minimal supervision, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Pay Range: $35–$45 per hour + performance bonuses
Location: Lincroft, NJ
Industry: Residential HVAC / Mechanical

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including forced air and hot water boiler systems
• Ensure installation projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to code
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation‑related issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and represent the company professionally
• Mentor junior technicians and support team success
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and materials availability
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership abilities on job sites
• Strong troubleshooting skills for installation‑related issues
• Proficient in forced air and hot water boiler systems
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and customer‑service oriented
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• EPA 608 certification required
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Full‑time – Monday to Friday

On‑site – Based in the local service area. Travel to customer homes required.
