Responsibilities
  • Learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
  • Master knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
  • Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while putting customers first.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in one of the following:
    • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
    • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle; valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license required.
  • Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location within 30 days of start date.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work an average of 46 hours per week (excluding religious observations).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
