Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with 2+ years of A/P experience to support our Middletown, Ohio office
. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a deadline‑driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

$24.00/yr - $26.00/yr

• Review and process invoices to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and coding prior to payment
• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries
• Maintain accurate accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate A/P files
• Assist with month‑end close activities and related reconciliations
• Prepare account analyses and supporting documentation as needed
• Reconcile accounts including credit cards, petty cash, and other balance sheet items
• Initiate and process domestic and international wire transfers
• Set up and maintain new vendors in the accounting system

• Two years of post‑high‑school education or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of accounts payable or related accounting experience required
• SAP experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with vendors, attorneys, and internal staff
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
