Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental team in Middletown, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality preventive dental care and educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Location: Middletown, OH 45044

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X‑rays).
• Educate patients and their caregivers on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in dental records.
• Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up care as needed.

• Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.

This position is based in a modern pediatric dental office located in Middletown, OH. The role requires standing for extended periods and working closely with patients and dental professionals.
