• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients; direct patient care and monitor/report patient progress.
• Perform physical therapy treatment one-to-one for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and work-related impairments.
• Access to Medication Room is required to perform the assigned job function; complete required documentation and provide patient and/or family teaching.
• Participate in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities; maintain certification and licensure; achieve continuing education requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department.

• Education:
  
  Degree in physical therapy from an accredited PT program.
• Licensure:
  Current physical therapy license in the State of Ohio; maintains CEUs for licensure renewal.
• Certification: BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience:
  
  May be a recent graduate with a generalist background; preferred minimum of one year experience.

• Demonstrates knowledge base and skill in providing age-specific care.
• Possesses team-focused attributes.
• Works scheduled hours as assigned.

• PRN (Days);
  Weekends may be required;
  Inpatient rehab setting.
