Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Shift: 7:30AM-5:00PM
Status: Full time/72 hours per pay
Facility: Atrium Medical Center
Provides services of invasive and noninvasive procedures and immediate post procedure care. Services include Left and Right Cardiac Catheterization, temporary pacemaker insertion, intra aortic balloon therapy, Impella Left heart support device, transesophageal echocardiogram, implantable cardiac devices, cardioversion, pericardiocentesis, diagnostic peripheral angiogram, peripheral and coronary interventions, Tilt table testing, Electrophysiology studies, Ablations for Arrhythmia, Intracardiac Echo(ICE).
The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service.
The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader and sentry. The RN collaborates with and guides care delivered by the inter‑professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.

Prior critical care experience as an RN
