• Department: Med Surg Unit
• Shift: 6:30pm-7:00am, Full Time Nights, 36 hours a week, 72 hours per pay period
• Facility: Atrium Medical Center

• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to provide personalized care for patients.
• Check vital signs, such as temperature, heartbeat, and breathing.
• Help patients move around, get dressed, and eat.
• Collect samples like urine.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition to a nurse.
• Perform walks, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), weigh patients, and take vitals.

High school diploma or GED.

BLS CPR certificate required. Orientation will cover CPR training.

• Finished STNA, CNA, or Patient Care Technician/Assistant training.
• Helped care for patients in the past 5 years (e.g., taking temperature, bathing, or assisting with restroom use).
• In nursing school with one clinical rotation completed.

• Ability to multitask and remain courteous even when interrupted.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Bonus:
  Prior hospital experience.
