REG RESP THER - CASUAL SUPP
Premier Health Partners
Functions SummaryAdministers all modalities of Respiratory Care and related services to critical and non‑critical care patients in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Acts in a Team Leader capacity to coordinate the daily operation of the Respiratory Care Services, including patient assignment and shift reports. Assists with orientation of new employees and serves as a resource for Therapists, Technicians, Physicians, and Nurses.
Qualifications- Education: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC and must be a licensed Respiratory Care professional in the state of Ohio.
- Training and/or
Experience:
Six months clinical experience, including preferred experience in critical care. - Skills: Effective communication with patients and clinical personnel; proficiency in Respiratory Care policies, techniques, and procedures; strong knowledge of all Respiratory Care techniques and related equipment operation.
