SUPERVISOR - PATIENT ACCESS

Full Time / 80 Hours per Pay Period

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned unit
• Ensure timely collection of patient demographics, financial, and regulatory information to assess hospital financial and compliance risk
• Collect patient co‑pays, deductibles, and coinsurance balances
• Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements or medical bank financing; evaluate and refer patients to public assistance programs
• Prepare statistical reports, budgets, and policy‑and‑procedure manuals
• Demonstrate decision quality, manage work effectively, and apply total work system knowledge

Education

• High School completion or GED (minimum)
• Associate's degree preferred
• HFMA CRCR certification within two years of employment

Experience

• 1‑3 years of relevant job experience (minimum)
• 2‑4 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and hospital EMR systems preferred

• Flexible with work hours for a 24/7 operation

$87,500.00‑$97,500.00
