As a CNA at Autumnwood Care Center, you'll provide personalized care and support to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans
