Responsibilities include administering HR plans, rewriting job descriptions, conducting compensation surveys, overseeing performance reviews and salary bonus programs, and ensuring legal compliance across the Pennsylvania Division Plants. Requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 3–5 years’ experience.
