• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and design tailored industrial data solutions.
• Develop and deploy solutions using PLC programming and edge data acquisition technology.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving production flows.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle—from concept to deployment.
• Support customer teams with training, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Logix programming and related languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
• Hands‑on experience with data acquisition software and protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with machine learning or statistical modeling in industrial contexts.
• Consulting experience in manufacturing or process industries.
