Position:
Personal Lines Producer (Sales-Only) – Licensed Personal Lines Sales Agent
Employer:
National Association of Professional Allstate Agents, Inc. (NAPAA member agency). This role is a sales-focused position, not a customer service, administrative, or support role.

- Connect with people:
Build lasting relationships with clients by listening to their needs and helping them find the right personal insurance coverage. - Grow the business:
Reach out to new leads, follow up on referrals, and look for opportunities to cross-sell additional policies. - Guide clients:
Walk clients through quotes, policy options, and renewals—making insurance easy to understand. - Stay organized:
Keep accurate records, follow up on applications, and ensure clients have what they need every step of the way. - Keep learning:
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates to offer the best advice.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities

CompensationCompensation: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
