Looking for a dedicated and meticulous Residential Project Manager to become part of our workforce at a residential property management firm in Middletown, OH. With a collection including more than 2,000 properties, the perfect candidate will thrive in inspiring their team to achieve strict deadlines while providing outstanding workmanship.

- Ensure that properties are prepared for potential tenants to move in smoothly.
- Conduct thorough on‑site inspections of newly vacated properties according to the provided template and provide a budget, collaborating with contractors and trades.
- Efficiently assign tasks to contractors and trades, oversee their progress, and verify satisfactory completion within project deadlines.
- Provide weekly status updates to senior management for each property under management.
- Review and accurately approve all invoices for weekly payments.
- Ensure all inspections and repairs meet company quality standards before final cleaning and closeout.
- Ability to assign tasks to crews in detail and follow up on each assigned task effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate crews to meet critical deadlines.
- Essential knowledge of construction processes, practices, Hands‑On/Punch‑Out item completion, and scheduling.
- Proficient in using technology such as Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Office, Tablet, and Smartphone.
- Strong communication skills to provide regular updates on property status and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
- Thorough understanding of project scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient project management.
- 5‑10 years of experience in rehab/construction project management.
- Capability to analyze, prioritize, and estimate costs when making decisions.
- Submission of current contact information, resume, and references required.
$25 per hour potential
