Helium Operations Technician

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:

APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, is looking for an experienced Helium Operations Technician to work at its Middletown, OH facility. In this plant role you will fill high‑pressure gaseous helium cylinders, helium/hydrogen tube trailers, and cryogenic helium and nitrogen containers while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

• Fill high‑pressure gaseous helium cylinders and helium/hydrogen tube trailers.
• Fill cryogenic helium and nitrogen containers.
• Perform product analysis to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and promote safe work habits.
• Support team operations and maintain a collaborative work environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working 8‑hour rotating shifts and weekends.
• Strong dedication to safety and teamwork.
• Military, electrical, instrument, or mechanical training is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a plant environment.
