Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of Supervisor or Crew Leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition and that the work area is clean, safe and organized.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Duly follow organizational and work‑specific instructions, attend applicable trainings and meetings.
- Fulfil tasks efficiently and in due course, meeting productivity standards where defined.
- Abide by safety regulations at all times; promote safety standards at the workplace and in the team; identify potential safety risks and report them actively to the line manager.
- Demonstrate initiative to exceed common performance; flexibly adopt changes in tasks, workplace or team; work reliably, keep agreements and assume responsibility for entrusted tasks.
- Be open, respectful and helpful; constructively contribute with own skills to problem‑solving in the team; share and accept information and knowledge.
- Participate in department or quality‑team meetings; suggest improvements and work alone or with others to implement them as assigned.
- Train new operators and/or trainees as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Start‑up, stop, monitor, operate and/or control a process line operation while maintaining all required standards.
- Resolve common or frequent upset conditions and make appropriate adjustments with minimal resource assistance.
- Takes initiatives to identify process or mechanical issues in work areas, obtaining appropriate resources for resolution.
- Perform quality control, identify and escalates maintenance issues (preventive and other), interpret operational or quality data.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and lead DPS meetings.
